• Our mission is to enhance our land along with humane treatment of our animals, while operating profitably. We follow guidelines of the Humane Farm Animal Care (HFAC). HFAC is the leading non-profit certification organization dedicated to improving the lives of farm animals in food production from birth through slaughter.

• The business of our farm is to use the power of Mother Nature and practice HFAC. The end result is to sell healthier, and tender tasting meat. To maximize the power of Mother Nature, we try to get the best performance from our grass and our animals. We do this primarily through management-intensive grazing and low-stress stock handling. The small animal numbers make happier and better tasting meat the natural way.

• The farm began in 1902 and is now owned by the founder’s great grandson. We started to produce natural beef, pork, and chicken on a small scale. By “natural" we mean NO steroid, NO hormones, NO antibiotics and No confinement. Never ever. Our animals enjoy the fresh air and sunlight in their natural outdoor living. Like most ranches producing clean meats, we operate in tracts of natural vegetation and outdoor landscape. Our agricultural operation supports and maintains wildlife habitats. Our farm is a forward-thinking agricultural enterprise that operates a traditional business in a 21st-century setting.
